RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Return:

• The Customer has 3 days to return an order. This refers to non-food items with exceptions of damaged packaging or expired food items.
• To be eligible for the return, the item must be unpacked and in the same condition as it is received with a valid reason for return.
• Both food and non-food item must be in the original packaging.
• The item must be shown together with the invoice.
• The refund is not accepted against cash and can only be refunded by a voucher with the same amount of the purchased item.
• The Voucher must be redeemed within 60 days from the refund day.
• The Voucher can be used amongst the retail vendors mentioned in our website only.
• Exchanged items can only be returned once.

Cancellation: 

• The Customer needs to request a cancelation of the order by calling 04 363 3633, preferably before the scheduled delivery date and time.
• The refund is not accepted against cash and can only be refunded by a voucher with the same amount of the order value.
• Same terms & conditions are applied as stated above for any return.
